RYA Level 1 £145 per person
Course description:
The RYA Powerboat Level 1 is a 1-day course designed for complete novices or those with little experience in power craft. It is also the first day of the level 2 course.
Aim:
The course aims to teach novices to drive planing boats safely at high and low speed on tidal waters.
Certificate: RYA Level 1 (Tidal).
Pre course standards:
None. Minimum age 8. Candidates under the age of 16 will be issued an endorsed certificate
RYA Level 2 £295 per person
Course description:
Provides the skills and background knowledge needed by the competent powerboat driver and is the basis of the International Certificate of Competence
Aim:
All you need to know for self-sufficient powerboating at a basic level. Course includes launching, mooring, anchoring and recovery plus all the boat driving skills required for basic competence in a powerboat. At the end of the course you will be a Self-sufficient powerboat driver in the right conditions: aware of own limitations and those of craft

RYA Intermediate £295 per person
Course description:
The RYA Intermediate course is a 2-day course designed to be a progression from Level 2, introducing pilotage, navigation and boat handling techniques for planing boats on coastal waters by day.
Aim:
To develop driving techniques, introduce basic navigational techniques by day on tidal waters.
Certificate: RYA Intermediate Powerboat (Tidal)
Pre course standards:
Minimum age 16. Candidates should be competent to the standard of National Powerboat Certificate Level 2 with the coastal endorsement.
RYA Advanced £325 per person
Course description:
The RYA Advanced course is a 3-day course designed to teach very experienced Level 2 and Safety boat operators the skills to handle a power craft in rough conditions at night.
Aim:
To teach search and rescue and basis navigational techniques by day and night in rough weather on tidal waters.
Certificate: RYA Advanced Powerboat (Tidal)
Pre course standards:
RYA Day skipper certificate shore-based or equivalent.

Course description:
The RYA First Aid Course is a one day course which will teach the candidate about First Aid in the marine environment.
Aims:
The course aims to provide those with limited first aid knowledge the skills to provide first aid to a variety of casualties.
